Warranty Policy
Back Forty Gear, LLC warrants the Ultra Tab™ against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from the date of purchase.
Any Ultra Tab™ that has failed, within one year of receipt, due to flaws in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired free of charge. Customers must return the defective Ultra Tab™ to Back Forty Gear, LLC for inspection prior to warranty replacement or repair. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. |
Product Guarantee
Any customer who is not satisfied with products purchased from Back Forty Gear, LLC may return those items after being issued a return authorization. Contact Back Forty Gear, LLC by email or phone to be issued a return authorization.
Products must be returned, within one month of receipt and in the same condition that they were received in order to be issued a full refund. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. |
