Happy in the morning

Nicholas seems happiest in the morning. Sadly his morning starts about 5am (Yes, Meg, I know that would be 8am on that other coast).

Happy in the morning

He has started to roll over. Which is actually pretty funny because he hates it on his stomach. All that work, just to end up stuck on the tummy. So I guess he is developing strength but still needs work in the foresight department. He is well developed in the “hamming it up” department…

In between the pillows

He has also started “talking.” In the photo below you can see him saying “Basdf bawsefasdfb afasdgasdg. Ahhhhh.” I’m pretty sure that is French. Makes me wish I had paid attention in French class.

I taught him to hail a cab in case he gets in a jam…

Cab please

And just for the record, whoever invented bouncy chairs is a genius. I’m not sure how people had kids before the bouncy chair.

Bouncy chairs, genius

Thank goodness you taught him to hail a cab, just in time for his east coast holiday!

Thanks for the post – I been missing Niko!

Could he be any cuter?!!! He just screams personality! By the way by about month 6 you realize that sleep is over rated…isn’t there a song about that? Can’t wait to see you guys and give little Niko some love in person!! Be careful though-I am not sure that once Anna sees him she will let you take him back-in fact if you aren’t careful she may try to negotiate a trade for her little sister!! See you so soon!! Love, Les

That hair line looks a little recessed. Do they make baby Rogaine (w/ Minoxidil)?
