Baby Whispherer

Grandpa Lew, the baby whisperer, has been helping us since Saturday. He has some crazy mad baby calming skills. Sadly today he had to head back to CT. He said something about having to work and go to school. Hello!? Grandpa? Where are your priorities?

I’m going to go sing Nicholas Cat’s in the Cradle.

Hmmm…I just had a great idea!! Why don’t you move back east so you can be closer to Grandpa Baby Whisperer?!! Then, he’d be able to help all the time! I can’t believe I just thought of this!!

In addition to being close to the Grandpa Baby Whisperer it would be much easier for Nicholas and Claire to play together if we were all at least on the same coast. I have never scheduled a playdate six hours away! How can we expect them to fall for eachother if they are a six hour plane ride apart? Come on Johnston and Davis genes…can you imagine the possibilities? Just kidding…we finally caved from all the pressure to move home…just enjoying some fun on the other side for once!! Although I will speak to the benefits of living close (okay in our case…with!) mom the occasional hour of peace and quiet…hot meals after a day where the baby couldn’t be put down…nights alone with your spouse…need I say more? Love you guys, Leslie

If we can’t bribe you with our babies, maybe we can bribe you with Pepe’s pizza?? Now with TWO locations right here in CT!! In fact, Luke and I had some delicious, hot cheesy pizza tonight…mmmmmm…..And, Luke said they posted a sign that read “We No Longer Serve Patrons Who Do Not Live On The East Coast.” Now that should get you here if nothing else will!!!

How come it is always about _us_ moving back _there_? You could totally move out here. Just think how nice it would be to never have to shovel that driveway again…
