Impossible

Niko slept through the night last night (from 6pm to 5:45am). Ironically Jul didn’t get any sleep because she was worried something was wrong. I think perhaps somebody swapped out our son for another baby last night while we were sleeping. I need to work out some kind of labeling system.
Jul,
That brings back memories. I can remember always checking them to make sure they were breathing. If you couldn’t see them breathing you had to touch them to make sure, then by touching them you end up waking them up, if you had a light sleeper. Bunky was forever telling me they were ok, don’t touch them. Kinda makes you crazy.
Love You
Despite the obvious “labeling benefits”, let’s steer clear of tattoos at this point
Mr. Schleepy-pants is just starting to take after his mom – I bet he loves rain and staying in his jammies too! 🙂
such a good boy!! when molly started sleeping through the night, I too woke often worrying about her. Quickly, however, I got used to it. But sadly, Luke did not and so he would shake me and ask me if I thought Molly was ok! AGH!!!
love you guys!
Love the pictures and video!!We’ve been enjoying sharing Niko’s journey’s via this wonderful website that was passed on to us from Rhode Island great grandparents Lew and Mimi.(Uncle and Aunt of mine)I’m sure the rest of your viewers won’t be interested to read these comments since it’s more of an email…but… just wanted to say how much fun it is to see Niko growing, and it’ll be so special for Niko to have this website to look back on as he grows. We too have created our family through adoption. Although somewhat differently than yours the result is the same. A family that you can’t imagine your life without!! I don’t know how you manage to update the site so regularly!…With three kids the only way I can get onto the computer is to kick them off, or be lucky like today that school was closed due to a snow storm and they’re all outside playing while I catch up.Well, if you ever want to share adoption experiences, give a shout and we’ll swap stories. Enjoy your family and consider yourselves blessed to have found each other..
Karen Benson and family.
Good to hear from you Karen and family. Not a day goes by we appreciate having Niko in our lives. We feel very lucky to have crossed paths with him.
In terms of updating the site, I don’t sleep a whole lot and computer access is not a problem in our house. I’m too embarrassed to admit how many computers we own but let’s just say I could support your family without problem. 🙂
Way to go Nico! Keep those parents guessing.
