Rose Bowl 2007

We headed down to the Rose Bowl in Pasadena this weekend. Nicholas had a lot of firsts on the trip.
His first hotel stay in Santa Monica (Shutters on the Beach)…
His first trip to the beach…
His first Rose Bowl…
Michigan football game…
His first Michigan Rose Bowl loss (get used to it kid)…
USC: 32, Michigan: 18
His first New Year…

Niko is the youngest rose bowl attendee! There is always something to be excited about at the game (even if your team isn’t winning) …. HOT DOGS and BEER!!

Hey, what’s up with not stopping off in Beautiful Northridge on your way? We’re in between Santa Monica and Pasadena.
People live in the LA area? I thought it was just a bunch of movie sets. Hmmm…
I was too nervous about the game on our way down and too upset on our way back to remember we had friends in the area. Next time we will skip the game and come to your house. Stupid Michigan.
